Juergen Teller

Professor for Photography

Juergen Teller wurde 1964 in Erlangen geboren und studierte von 1984 bis 1986 an der Bayerischen Staatslehranstalt für Fotografie in München. Im September 1986 zog er nach London. Er veröffentlichte in einflussreichen Magazinen wie dem W Magazine, iD und Purple und hatte Einzelausstellungen in der Kunsthalle Wien, The Photographers’ Gallery, London, sowie der Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain in Paris. 2003 wurde Juergen Teller mit dem begehrten Citibank Preis für Fotografie ausgezeichnet.
